JOHANNESBURG- One of the alleged murderers has been charged with taking a chance with his assault allegations by an investigator in the Senzo Meyiwa trial.

Two of the accused allegedly confessed during their arrest and escort between May and June 2020, according to Sergeant Batho Mogola’s testimony.

The defense contends that the men were beaten and suffocated into confessing, and the court is hearing an internal trial to determine whether the confession statements are admissible.

Senzo Meyiwa: According to the court, Sibiya was making admissions hours after his arrest.

The football star is accused of killing his girlfriend, singer Kelly Khumalo, in 2014 at the home of five men.

From the alleged assault on a Germiston industrial area to Bongani Ntanzi’s so-called arrival at an Orlando Soweto dumping site with the investigating officer, Brigadier Bonghani Gininda, Sergeant Batho Mogola has disproved all of the allegations made against her as of June 19, 2020.

Mogola claimed that was impossible because she had to bring the first accused to the Tembisa Magistrates Court for a drug-related case while being questioned by State advocate George Baloyi.

Ntanzi claims that he opened the boot of the white BMW that Mogola and Gininda were riding in when they arrived at the dump.

He claimed that Gininda was holding a written confession that he wanted Ntanzi to sign in order to stop beating her.

” My Lord, I’m now operating a white BMW.” Most likely, the second accused saw me in it and is claiming to have seen me driving a white BMW.

About a year after Ntanzi’s alleged confession, in 2021, Mogola claimed, she was only given the privilege of owning an all-white BMW.
