Early Black Friday sales offer a$ 100 discount on Google’s Pixel Tablet.

During Black Friday sales, tablets will always be in high demand. If you’ve been on the fence about getting one for yourself, now is the perfect time to do so. They make wonderful gifts. If you prefer Android to iOS ( or iPadOS), Google’s Pixel Tablet is a wise investment.

Before Black Friday, the 11-inch Pixel Tablet’s 128GB version has returned to its all-time low price of$ 399 on Amazon. That represents a$ 100 discount. You can purchase a case ( which typically costs$ 80 ) for free if you choose the porcelain option with 128GB of storage. The tablet has a charging dock in either case. The 256GB model, meanwhile, is also$ 100 off at$ 499; regrettably, there is n’t an SD card slot to increase storage.

This is the lowest price we’ve ever seen for a Pixel Tablet from Google. The best part is that a kickstand case costs no extra (typically$ 80 ).

Amazon charges$ 399.

In our June review, we gave the Pixel Tablet an 85. A key selling point of the tablet is that it can be plopped onto the dock, which has a built-in speaker, effectively transforming it into an intelligent display. You can control and monitor smart home devices, stream music and video, display your favorite photos, and more while using the tablet in this mode. You’ll have a lot of hands-free time doing this thanks to Google Assistant. However, the tablet may not be positioned for video calls at the most flattering angle thanks to the dock. The 128GB model’s free case conveniently has a kickstand.

The Tensor G2 chipset makes the performance fairly quick, and the 2, 560 x 1, 600 LCD display is adequate ( though it is a drag that it can only refresh at 60Hz) ). Before you need to recharge the tablet’s 5, 000mAh battery, you should use it for a full day. Additionally, Google is promising security updates for at least two more years after June 2026 and OS updates.

The absence of a headphone jack is annoying, on the other hand. We experienced a few software issues while the tablet was in Hub Mode during our review period. When it comes to choosing the best Android tablet, the Pixel Tablet is n’t quite as compelling as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series. It’s still a solid option for an Android tablet that is more affordable, though. Particularly during this sale, it costs significantly less than Samsung’s models.
