NORTH WEST- Madibeng’s African National Congress ( ANC ) has requested a new mandate from the people.

This is true despite being in charge of one of the nation’s worst-run municipalities.

For seven years running, the local municipality of Madibeng has received an audit disclaimer opinion. The Auditor General can only give this negative assessment of a municipality’s finances.

Before voters lose faith in the ANC, according to Ditshego Mbezi, the party must reform itself.

This is due to the expectation that thousands of South Africans will register to cast ballots in advance of the general elections in 2024 throughout the weekend.

Individual comrades are the issue within the organization. Not everyone is affected. Although we still have moral and ethical cadres, we must put our disciplinary procedures into practice in the ANC. According to Mbezi, those who are acting improperly need to be disciplined.
