Although there won’t be any road closures prior to Saturday night’s MTN 8 Cup final, JOHANNESBURG – KwaZulu Natal police have announced that they will conduct stop-and-search operations.

To avoid traffic delays, officials advised spectators arriving early on Saturday afternoon to watch the live game between the Orlando Pirates and the Mamelodi Sundowns at the Moses Mabhida stadium.

At the game, thousands of spectators are anticipated.

At 6 o’clock in the evening, the game begins.

Robert Netshiunda, a police officer, stated that security and safety precautions are in place.

” Police-manned stops and searches should be anticipated to ensure that vehicles and people entering the stadium are cleared of any prohibited items, even though the metro police have confirmed that no road closures will be affected on the day.”

According to Netshiunda,” dangerous weapons, including firearms, knives, and bottles, are not permitted inside the stadium.”
