Why have so many games this weekend been postponed in Sky Bet League One 2023/24?

Due to international call-ups, only Blackpool, Shrewsbury, and Stevenage will play in League One this weekend. Nine players from Northern Ireland, five from Jamaica, two from New Zealand, among many others, were called up.
